Wembley Stadium

Construction was completed in 2008 and we were involved in the latter stages of the construction phase to manufacture, supply and install two boiler flues and two combined HWS flues.

This design, manufacture and installation involved connection to pressure jet boilers and hot water boilers, each rising into a 500mm-diameter sub-header system, running horizontally to connect into a main 900mm square duct fan dilution system.

The duct attaches to an inlet louvre via a plenum box, then rises to a high level within the plant, continuing horizontally through stainless steel attenuators and a dilution fan unit.

Discharge is via outlet louvre. Because of the proximity to the public access, noise levels needed strict control and involved bespoke attenuators design.
