FLEX LINERS CHIMNEY LINERS

Here at A1 Flues Systems we manufacture our own flexible flue liner for both the commercial and domestic market.

How do we make our flue liners?

FLEXIBLE FLUE LINER – 316-GRADE STAINLESS STEEL:

Used to line masonry chimneys, our flexible flue liner of fers the ideal combination of flexibility and crush resistance, withstanding up to 600 °C negative pressure. Our 316-grade stainless steel liner is suitable for mu lti-fuel and standard oil and gas appliances; the higher grade 904 is recommended where there is regular burning of solid mineral fuels.

Diameters : 80mm, 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, 180mm, 200mm, 250mm, 300 mm, 350mm

Coil lengths: 40m up to 250mm (25m coils), 300mm (15m coils), 350mm (6m coils)

FLEXIBLE FLUE LINER – 904-GRADE STAINLESS STEEL:

Used to line masonry chimneys, our flexible flue liner of fers the ideal combination of flexibility and crush resistance, withstanding up to 600 °C negative pressure. Our 904-grade stainless steel liner is suitable where there is regular burning of solid mineral fuels, as well as for all the fuels that our 3 16-grade liner is used for.

Diameters: 80mm, 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, 180mm, 200mm, 250mm, 300mm, 350mm

Atmospheric boilers

Atmospheric boilers take in air for combustion directly from the place in which they are located (unlike more modern boiler designs which take air in from the outside of the building through a tube).

Biomass Heating System

Biomass heating systems generate heat from biomass. The systems may use direct combustion, gasification, combined heat and power (CHP), anaerobic digestion or aerobic digestion to produce heat.

Combined Heat & Power

Combined heat and power (CHP), also known as cogeneration, is a highly efficient power plant that generates heat and power simultaneously.

Commercial Ventilation

A1 Flue Systems is a UK specialist in commercial ventilation systems for buildings of all sizes, from small office blocks to schools, hospitals and large skyscrapers.

Condensing Boilers

Condensing boilers capture the exhaust condensation of the burning gas that would otherwise be wasted through the flue.

District Heating Systems

It used geothermal energy to provide heat for about 30 houses and started operation in the 14th century

Chimneys Liners

Most commercial chimneys were constructed without a liner system, although some were originally built better than others given time they all tend to breakdown over the years.
